Andrew has more than 23 years
experience in aviation, business, operations, and program management
and has been involved in more than 50 airport planning and development
projects at over 30 air carrier, regional and general aviation
airports in eleven states.
Andrew is responsible for the
planning and development of a wide range of aviation, municipal,
environmental, economic development, transportation and business
development projects. His responsibilities include managing all
phases of planning and development projects, including program
management, financing, administration, construction and closeout.

Donald K. Ramdass — Program/Project Manager
Don has more than 21 years experience in airport development throughout the State of Florida and the Caribbean. His experience includes conceptual designs, aviation planning, facility planning, grant procurement, program and construction management.
He is experienced in grant applications and procurement, public involvement programs, conceptual designs, airport and terminal master planning, facilities planning, statistical modeling, program and construction management. He has extensive experience in DOT, FAA, and ICAO interfacing on domestic and international aviation projects. His aviation expertise ranges from the development of new airports to continued improvements at existing small, medium and large hub airports as well as general aviation airports. He has managed small and large multidisciplinary teams on aviation assignments.
