Daniel has more than 29 years of civil engineering experience. He is responsible for the firm’s municipal and institutional design projects for Monroe County, City of Rochester, University of Rochester and the several Towns. His responsibilities include project coordination and scheduling, client consultation, design development and cost control for all design projects. He is also associated with all utility design and traffic impact studies for various municipalities, and manages the firm’s forensic engineering projects.
