John F. Caruso, PE, PMP

John is Vice President and Partner of Passero Associates. He has more than 22 years of civil engineering design and study experience. His experience includes municipal, residential, industrial, and commercial developments. John is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, Ohio and Florida and holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). John manages the firm’s site development and is Partner in Charge of the survey department.
