July 2010---Passero Associates announces that Carl Pilletteri, PE has been hired as a Project Manager in the Municipal Engineering Department.  Mr. Pilletteri is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and four other states with over fifteen years of experience in designing and managing projects of varying size and civil discipline.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association, and is certified under the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
