Passero Associates Welcomes Dave Taillon, PE as Capital District Office Manager

Passero Associates announces that Dave Taillon, PE has been hired as the Capital District Office Manager.  Mr. Taillon is a seasoned manager with over 27 years of experience performing Project Management, QA/QC, and Program Coordination/Management on a number of highway, rail, and bridge projects throughout the New England and the Mid Atlantic regions.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the State University of New York in Albany. 

Most recently Mr. Taillon was an Associate at Clough Harbour and Associates and served as a Senior Project Manager in the Transportation Division of their Albany office.  In his 17-year career at CHA, he also held a number of corporate positions, including the Director of Human Resources, and the Director of Quality, Training, and Health & Safety. He is a licensed PE in New York State.  Mr. Taillon is a life-long Capital District resident, currently lives in Glenmont, New York, and is actively involved with the local Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization.
