July 2010---Passero Associates announces that David Cox, PE has been hired as a Project Engineer in Site Development and Engineering.  Mr. Cox  has over five years of experience in civil engineering, including site development design for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and institutional projects.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
