December 2004--Passero Associates congratulates Edward Freeman, P.L.S., on obtaining his Professional Surveying and Mapping License in the state of Florida. Ed serves as Vice President in Charge of Survey Operations for Passero Associates and is licensed as a Professional Surveyor in both New York and Florida. He has over 30 years of experience providing topographical, photogrammetric, boundary, construction, and control survey services to Passero’s clients. Ed holds an AAS in Civil Technology from the State University of New York at Alfred.
