March 2003--On January 16, 3003, the Monroe County Bar Association’s, Center for Education held a Land Use Law Update: New City of Rochester Zoning and State Building Codes. Among those present included, Alan J. Knauf, ESQ, Knauf Shaw LLP, Johanna Brennan, Esq., City of Rochester, Art Ientilucci, Director, Zoning Department, City of Rochester. Richard Thomson, New York State Department of State and John Caruso, P.E., P.M.P, Passero Associates, P.C.

Mr. Caruso presented on Technological Advances in Site Development. Topics included the Internet, Smart Maps, and Real World Applications.

John Caruso, P.E., P.M.P. is Vice President of Passero Associates. He has more than 18 years of civil engineering design and study experience. His experience includes municipal, residential, industrial, and commercial developments. John manages the firm’s survey and site departments and is Principal-in-Charge of the survey department. John has B.S. degrees in Physics and Civil Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in New York, Ohio and Florida.
