March 2005--Passero Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Mark Scarpelli as CAD Designer/Technician in the Airport Department. Mark has over 15 years of AutoCAD experience on civil, municipal and environmental projects. Mark’s experience also includes residential and commercial developments. He comes to Passero from BME Associates. Mark holds an A.A.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology.
