July 2008 - Passero Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Nissen as an Engineer in the Municipal Engineering Department. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. His previous experience includes co-ops with Monroe County Pure Waters and two prior engineering firms. He also has experience with residential construction and masonry. He is pursuing his Professional Engineering License.
