October 2007--Passero Associates welcomes Matt Sinacola, who joins Passero as a Project Engineer in the Site Engineering Department. Matt has over twenty-one years of experience in engineering, CAD design and surveying, including work on most aspects of land surveying and land development. Project types have included all levels of residential subdivisions, from single lot developments to 100+ unit multi-phase subdivisions, commercial properties, small industrial developments, landfills, roads, bridges and highways. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark University. He is the current president of the Chili Art Group and has been active in the fine arts community as an oil painter. He has also been active in the general sciences, having served as the immediate past president of the Rochester Academy of Science for ten years.
