July 2010---Passero Associates congratulates Airport Construction Engineer Matt Singletary on achieving a personal and professional milestone by successfully passing the Professional Engineer Exam to become a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.  Matt is a civil engineer with a major focus on the construction aspects of airport projects.  He has approximately four years of experience in the engineering / construction field.  Matt holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University in Tallahassee.  He resides in St. Augustine, Florida.
