April 15th, 1972, Passero Associates' founder Gary W. Passero, P.E., began the company in Rochester, New York. Ten years later, Passero Associates expanded its service area to Florida. The birth of Passero Associates was launched by two driven, relentless professionals and flourished into a full service consulting firm, growing strong and prosperous with over 70 employees.
