Passero Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Honoré, PE as Senior Airport Engineer and Project Manager. Mr. Honoré holds a Masters and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, both from City College of New York. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Florida, and has over 11 years of broad professional experience in civil engineering, with a diverse background in project management, highway and airport design, traffic engineering, and construction administration services. Mr. Honoré is an active philanthropist. He is the current president of Doxa Foundation International, Inc. (DFI), a Christian humanitarian organization, solely dedicated to serving poor people in Haiti (www.dfi-inc.org). Mr. Honoré comes to Passero from Fort Myers, Florida, where he was a Civil Engineer and Project Manager. He resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
