Fees

The Fee Structure for the Passero Spoleta Design-Build process follows the standard AIA procedure for Design-Build projects. This entails a 2-part process which allows managed commitment and risk on the part of the owner.

Part 1 involves the conceptual or schematic design for a minimal fee. This allows the Passero Spoleta team to develop the program and conceptual design as well as the construction cost associated with it without obligating the client to move forward with a design or cost they may not be comfortable with.

It is only after both owner and design builder agree on both the design and the construction cost (guaranteed price) that we move to Part 2 of the contract.
