Therefore, we approach each design-build project with a single goal: "Exceeding our Client's Expectations". The process starts with a "Conceptual" or Schematic design phase. In this phase, through a series of "workshops" with our design team, we develop a program which addresses all of the client's objectives. The "workshops" provide the unique ability to combine insight from design and construction professionals focused on developing a program to meet the client's needs and goals. Once a concept has been embraced by the owner it is reviewed by our value engineering department to develop alternative construction methods and materials which will influence construction costs. Based on these alternatives, the construction cost estimating team then develops a construction budget with a guaranteed maximum price for presentation to the owners. The owner is then able to make a decision based on the information which best meets his needs and budget requirements. The seasoned professionals at Passero Spoleta have extensive experience in the practical consideration of construction, such as site selection and acquisition and financing of design build- sale or lease ventures. This process provides the customer with a facility built to suit their requirements and most importantly, that is within their budget.
