Wayne F. Wegman, PE

Wayne F. Wegman, PE, is President and COO of Passero Associates. In his role as President and COO, Wayne oversees the company’s internal operations, provides leadership to all departments of the firm, and strengthens the firm’s values and culture in both its internal and external operations. He fosters supportive client relationships and builds the client base of the firm.

Wayne joined Passero Associates 30 years ago as an engineer and was admitted to the firm’s partnership in 1985. He also serves as Principal-In-Charge of the Airport Design Services Department. Under his leadership, Passero has become a regional leader in providing Airport Consulting Services, and currently services 21 airports throughout the East Coast. Wayne is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia.
