Wayne F. Wegman, PE

Under Wayne's leadership, Passero has become a regional leader in providing Airport Consulting Services. Wayne is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia.

Wayne is responsible for overseeing design and administration of all airport development projects, including runway, taxiway and apron design, land acquisition, equipment purchases, planning and construction projects. He has 30 years of experience in managing and designing building, site development, road and utility infrastructure and airport improvement projects.

Wayne provides value by viewing the project through the clients’ perspective. He directs the design team with an understanding of each project’s financial, operational, and political factors, which are as important to the success of a project as the design. Wayne maintains a solid working relationship with the FAA, enabling Passero clients to obtain millions of dollars each year in grants.

Andrew has more than 20 years experience in aviation, business, operations, and program management and has been involved in more than 50 airport planning and development projects at over 30 air carrier, regional and general aviation airports in eleven states.

Andrew is responsible for the planning and development of a wide range of aviation, municipal, environmental, economic development, transportation and business development projects. His responsibilities include managing all phases of planning and development projects, including program management, financing, administration, construction and closeout.
